Fat Bike Fest 

January 13, 9:30am- 2:00pm

The Fat Bike Festival at Albion Hills sounds like a rollicking good time! Fat Bikes for you to test ride, races to watch, chili, bonfires, and more! Let’s hope for snow and try out fat biking in a beautiful park.

Mariposa bike studio tour

January 27th, 2:00pm – 5:00pm

Mariposa Bicycles has been producing hand-built bicycle frames in Toronto for over 50 years. Custom built and painted they are beautifully crafted by a family team. Come see a frame-building studio and find out what goes into crafting a hand-built bicycle.

Coldest day of the year ride

February 3rd, 11:00am – 2:00pm

Have you tried Winter riding? Do you think riding in snow is scary?

Every year Cycle Toronto organizes a “Coldest Day of the Year” ride, which falls in the middle of Toronto’s Winter season. Come out and get inspired by the many cyclists who cycle year round, come sleet, snow, wind or rain!

Velodrome (watch the races)

February 11th, 1:00pm – 6:00pm 

Join us to watch some of the “Track Ontario Cup” races at the newest indoor velodrome in Canada. With steep banks and high speeds required, velodrome races are exciting to watch! If you are interested in joining us to “Try the Track” in the spring you should come check out some experienced racers!!

Joy Ride Indoor Bike Park

February 17th, 2:30pm-5:30pm (Girls & Trans)
March 11th, 2:30pm – 5:30pm

Test out some new bike skills at JOYRIDE Toronto’s indoor bike park!

Rollers, Jumps, Skinnies…there are lots of fun new things to try, and you can watch more experienced folks shredding all around the centre, including the foam pit and the BMX area.

Who can sign up for CFW Field Trips?

Anybody between the ages of 12-25 in Toronto.  Sign up by clicking the button below!



Charlie’s weekly rides are done for the season, but we have events running monthly all fall and winter!

Who can come on Charlie’s rides?

Anyone between the ages of 12-25 is welcome to ride with us.  Invite your friends and family!

How does it work?

Weekly rides run between April and September each year.

Meet at the shop at 4pm on Saturdays and we’ll ride out to a new destination every week as a group.

Rides will end by 7pm back at the shop.
The shop is located at 242.5 Queen St. E.

What should I bring?

  • Your helmet!
  • A bike!
  • Water bottle
  • Lights
  • Closed toed shoes (running shoes, boots, etc… work great!) and weather appropriate clothes
